By accessing or using the Site, or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions (T&C). IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE ANY SERVICES.
Vermilion Art Hub reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise this T&C. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to the T&C constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify you of any such changes by posting notice of the changes on the Site, and/or, in our sole discretion, by email to the last known address that you have provided us.
If you are currently a student, any changes to your existing enrolment can be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (T&C). Should you need to withdraw from a class based on medical advice that you should be isolated at this time, please cite this reason and provide a doctor’s certificate or Covid-19 test results to support your request, Other terms and conditions still apply as listed below.
You may not use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this T&C or to solicit, promote or conduct the performance of any illegal or fraudulent activity or other activity which violate the rights of Vermilion Art Hub or services.
Please read carefully before completing your enrolment and payment. ‘Class’ in the Conditions of Enrolment outlined here refers to any term course for children or adults, adult workshop. Note that these Terms and Conditions of Enrolment also apply to Virtual classes and workshops delivered online via the Zoom Art Room
Vermilion Art Hub reserves the right to amend any class, tutor or schedule. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to provide a substitute of equal standing. Should a class have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, any student enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class, credit or refund arranged.
Fees are non-refundable, unless negotiated for an extended illness, and there are no transfers, refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.
Materials lists for classes are included in the class information which provides by mentors. Students are required to supply their own art materials unless otherwise specified in the course description. Occasionally, a children’s class may require some additional items to be supplied by the student.
Vermilion Art Hub is not a Registered Training Organisation and as such, courses are not accredited. However we do strive to deliver excellence in art education. A Record of Attendance can be provided on completion of a course which you can download when you complete the post-class short evaluation.
Vermilion Art Hub is a shared space and we expect students to respect fellow artists, artwork and property. Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion will not be tolerated. Students deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be removed, suspended or expelled from the class. It should also be noted that cleaning of your class art space and common areas is a shared responsibility.
Out of respect for other students and tutors, students are requested to be punctual for class. Children should be escorted to and from the art hub by a parent or guardian, signed in on arrival and collected promptly at the end of class.
If you have an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect your participation in a class, you should notify the hub manager, Vermilion Art Hub at the time of enrolment.
We know that your privacy is important. For this reason, we have created a privacy policy (https://vermilionlive.art/privacy-policy/) that describes our services, use and disclosure practices regarding any personal information that you provide to us. The security of your personal information is important to us. While there is no such thing as “perfect security” on the Internet, we will take reasonable steps to help ensure the safety of your personal information. However, you understand and agree that such steps do not guarantee that the Site and the Services are invulnerable to all security breaches or immune from viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.
